The City of Vancouver is working with TransLink to implement a new B-Line bus from Joyce-Collingwood to UBC, the second busiest bus corridor in the region, after Broadway. As part of this work, the City is proposing some street improvements to 41st Ave and Joyce St. that prioritize transit, and that align with our Joyce-Collingwood Precinct Plan (2016) and Congestion Management Strategy (2017).
