Submit your online Flexipass change request
All passes have been suspended since March 16. Starting on October 26, you can choose to reactivate your Flexipass, request a credit on your account, receive a refund or keep your pass suspended temporarily.
The Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation collects your personal information in accordance with s. 26(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, and will use the information to reactivate your Flexipass, transfer credit to your Vancouver Recreation account or provide a refund. Flexipass reactivation can be requested for October 28th or later and will take up to five business days to be processed.
