Privacy notice

Providing your personal information to participate in this pilot program is voluntary.

By filling out this registration form, we will collect your personal information under the authority of section 26(c)(e) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA) and the Vancouver Charter.

We will only use your personal information to:

  • Ensure that you meet the criteria for this pilot program and that we include a wide range of people
  • Create a user account in eCheck, a web application provided by our vendor Archistar
  • Contact you about the pilot program and your experience using eCheck and applying for permits

If you meet the criteria, your email will be shared with our vendor Archistar to create your account. The rest of your personal information won't be shared or used for a secondary purpose.

1. Do you meet all of the following requirements to participate in the pilot program?
 
  1. You are currently designing single-detached houses, duplexes in the R1-1 zoning district, or laneway houses in any zone
  2. You plan to apply for development and building permits for your project
  3. You are willing to provide feedback about your eCheck experience
