The Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation welcomes unsolicited proposals from private businesses, non-profit organizations, and individuals who have innovative ideas with sound business fundamentals that provide benefit to the community.
Unsolicited Proposal is a proposal for a new or innovative service or initiative that is submitted to the Park Board on the sole initiative of the proposer for the purpose of entering into a contract, and that is not in response to a request for proposal or any other Park Board-initiated solicitation or program; I.e. sponsorship or donation.
The Online Intake Form must be completed by each proponent. The Review Committee will review the submission and evaluate the proposal using an Evaluation Matrix.
The information you submit forms the first formal proposal to the Park Board. Please answer all questions to the best of your ability.
The Online Intake Form consists of 16 questions. Please be aware that the application doesn't allow you to save the form and continue later. It is recommended that you prepare all your answers in a separate document before filling out the intake form. You can view and download all the questions
