Walk + Bike + Roll grant application

The School Active Travel Planning program encourages and promotes active transportation to school.

The program is a partnership between the City of Vancouver and the Vancouver School Board. Staff work with school communities and other stakeholders to identify school transportation challenges and opportunities.

The Walk + Bike + Roll grant is to support a schools’ participation in one of these two promotional events:

Walk and Wheel to School Week (October 1 - 5, 2018)
Bike to School Week (May 27 to 31, 2019)

Schools are welcome to participate in both promotional events, however, only one grant is available per school.

The deadline to apply is:

September 14 for Walk and Wheel to School Week in October 2018
April 29, 2019 for Bike to School Week in May 2019
